Soumya brings extensive experience in the domain of HR Strategy and Talent Management including identification of Hi-Po talent, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development. He is an industry practitioner and in his earlier stints he has worked for industries like Startup, Pharma, BFSI. He works in the domains of driving Organization Culture Change Initiatives, building EVP in alignment with business and incorporating D&I practices. He is passionate about equipping leaders to live up to their full potential.
Soumya is a post graduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is a certified Hogan Practitioner and Coach, and has also completed MIT Sloan certification on Design Thinking and is a master facilitator from Dale Carnegie. Other certifications are in Instructional Design and Transaction Analysis to name a few.
He is a Numist (the oldest coin in his collection is a 1st Century AD silver roman coin ) and board game enthusiast. In his spare time, he prefers to explore historical ruins. He is also an avid reader and loves to travel.
