Anupal brings in 25 years of practitioners’ on-the-job experience of implementing HR transformation journeys in Tech, Engineering and Media companies. He most recently served as the Chief People Officer of FSS, a Digital Payments Company.
Prior to FSS, Anupal was the CHRO and Company Ethics Counsellor at Tata Technologies. He also oversaw the Global IT and Facilities functions and worked very closely with the CEO & Board (specifically with the Nomination and Remuneration Committee).
Anupal has served on the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute Information Technology (IIT), Ranchi and was also a part of the Global Executive Council of Workplace from Meta.
He has previously worked with organisations such as Viacom18, Capgemini, Infosys and WNS in various HR leadership roles, both in India and the US.
By education, Anupal is a Mechanical Engineer and completed his Advanced HR program from University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Rakhi is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of establishing and managing 16 Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and spearheading four large-scale Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects, overseeing a workforce of over 2,200 technology professionals. With deep expertise in talent acquisition and workforce strategy, she has successfully designed and executed end-to-end hiring and operational frameworks across industries including BFSI, Healthcare, Life Sciences, E-commerce, Marketing, and Automotive.
Her leadership extends to building and scaling high-performing teams in emerging and advanced technologies, such as Cloud Computing, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML), Analytics, and core support functions.
Prior to joining People Equation, Rakhi played a pivotal role at Zinnov Management Consulting, where she led the GCC People Practice, shaping talent strategies for global enterprises. She also held key positions at Xoriant and IBM, where she specialised in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Resource Management, driving impactful hiring and operational efficiencies at scale.
Shashi is an accomplished HR professional with a proven record of delivering organisational growth in dynamic, global environments. Drawing on both corporate and entrepreneurial experience, he has restructured business processes, introduced performance and productivity enhancements, and established global delivery centres. Shashi excels in manpower planning, talent acquisition strategies, C&B philosophy, HR policy design, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
An entrepreneur, leader, and organisational change agent, Shashi has consistently delivered significant business impact through strategic planning, workforce management, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
Outside of work, Shashi finds his “me time” on motorcycle rides. He also considers himself an aspirational randonneur (long-distance cycling) and a pandemic-induced chef, while treasuring quality moments with loved ones.
Nikhil is the founder and CEO of SuccessPro, an AI/ML-powered SaaS platform designed to help tech-focused professional services companies scale and accelerate growth. With nearly three decades of experience in enterprise SaaS, ERP, and data-driven technologies, he has played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across industries.
Before SuccessPro, Nikhil co-founded Enquero, where he led its journey from inception to a thriving organisation with over 700 employees. Under his leadership, Enquero delivered cutting-edge digital, data, and enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to harness technology for strategic advantage
A recognised thought leader and innovator, Nikhil holds a U.S. patent (#US 9003353 B2) with another pending, reflecting his deep expertise in enterprise solutions and emerging technologies. He has authored influential white papers and has been a featured speaker at international conferences, where he shares insights on technology, business strategy, and innovation.
Arvind brings over 30 years of experience as an executive technology leader across industries, including roles at CDK Global, AstraZeneca, Capita and Mastek. He has consistently delivered exceptional business outcomes & maximised customer value while overseeing significant operations across India, the UK, the US, and Mexico.
Most recently, Arvind served as the Managing Director & Senior Vice President at CDK Global, a leading Automotive Retail Software company. Over six years, he transformed CDK’s India operations into a major contributor to the company’s global success, overseeing a team of 1,700 and achieving certification as a Great Place to Work for five consecutive years.
Prior to CDK, Arvind was Director of Global Technology Centres at AstraZeneca, where he led a global team of 2,300 across multiple locations, delivering substantial cost savings & repositioning IT as a business enabler. At Capita IT Services, he centralised and optimised service delivery, creating a best-in-class capability in India that supported large-scale client projects.
Astrid is a seasoned global executive with extensive P&L leadership and a track record of driving profitable growth, innovation, and strategic expansion. Most recently, she served as Regional President at Danfoss Group, leading 10 regions in public affairs, digital customer experience, and global growth strategies. Previously, as President of Danfoss Power Solutions’ Hydrostatics Division, she managed a €1.2B business, achieving record profitability and expanding global operations.
With over two decades at Eaton Corporation, Astrid held executive roles, including Chief Technology Officer for Hydraulics and VP of Power & Motion Controls. She spearheaded major market expansions, product innovations, and M&A activities, including establishing Eaton’s 300+ engineer centre in India.
Astrid has spoken at global forums on sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESG. She has been honoured among the Top 100 Women in U.S. manufacturing and received the prestigious STEP Ahead Award. Now in a post-retirement advisory phase, she supports boards, mentors emerging leaders, and connects academia with industry.
Kiran is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with 38 years of experience in financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. As Managing Director and CFO of Sandvik Coromant India, he has led key initiatives, including the merger and demerger of Sandvik Asia, legal entity optimization across multiple geographies, and the implementation of a robust Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) framework.
He has driven compliance and governance enhancements, overseen large-scale greenfield and brownfield investments, and led global ERP implementations to improve financial transparency and efficiency. Kiran has also spearheaded business restructuring and M&A efforts, including restructuring $165M in loans and optimising financial processes for sustainable growth.
A strategic leader, Kiran blends financial acumen with legal expertise to drive transformation, enhance corporate governance, and ensure long-term business success.
Vimal serves as the Managing Director of Global Tech Engg. Solutions Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 30 years of invaluable expertise in the engineering industry. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing import engineering solutions & technology mainly from Europe & USA across a wide range of industrial sectors in India.
As MD at Piller Global India (JV), Vimal played a critical role in driving substantial growth in the high-tech blower and compressor business, leveraging innovative technologies such as Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) and vapor recovery systems.
These advanced technologies are specifically designed to address the unique needs of critical industries, including Food & Beverages, Pharma, Chemicals, Sugar & Ethanol, Petrochemicals, and Industrial Wastewater Treatment & WFI.
Under Vimal’s strategic leadership, Piller-Global has significantly enhanced its global market presence, expanding its footprint with the establishment of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a cutting-edge technology centre.
Additionally, Vimal is a strong advocate of the “Make in India” initiative, actively promoting the involvement of global corporations in India’s robust growth trajectory.
