Shreya brings extensive experience in Leadership hiring along with Client Management starting from Aquisition to Retention. She started her career with KornFerry where she has helped Global Clients to streamline their hiring processes in India and finding them the best talent in the market. She most recently was involved in building the Technology Search Practice for a start up and helped them in strategies on scaling the company and its current business lines. Along with that she has also been instrumental in contributing to building the company brand and positioning in the market.
Shreya is a solo traveler and an Internationally Certified Deep Sea Diver. She loves music and is quite enthusiastic towards learning new instruments , currently she has honed her skills in Ukulele, Harmonium and Kalimba and aspires to learn more.
